Nick founded STAR Recruitment in 2014 and heads up the company’s property division and alongside Ally Robin, looks after STAR’s team of consultants. As an experienced recruitment professional, Nick prides himself on the company’s 100 percent client retention rate and works hard to ensure STAR Recruitment maintains its market-leading position as one of the UK’s fastest growing property and construction recruitment companies.

Ally joined forces with fellow Director, Nick, shortly after STAR Recruitment was founded in 2014. Ally heads up the company’s construction department, placing staff in trades, labour and management roles throughout the UK. He is committed to ensuring the company provides only the best level of service to its expanding client network in order to drive business growth.

Michael’s recruitment journey started at 17, and he instantly knew it was the career path he wanted to follow.

He’s young, driven, and strives for success. In his previous role, he managed an account for a construction machinery manufacturer, sparking his love for the construction industry.

Michael excels at connecting with people and placing them in jobs they love. His experience aligns perfectly with trade and labour’s fast-paced environment and the need to build diverse relationships.

Lewis works in STAR’s Trades & Labour Team as a Consultant.  Lewis comes from a background as a Business Sales Consultant.

Lewis is driven, positive, young and efficient and will ensure he goes above and beyond to find the perfect match between skilled tradespeople and top-notch job opportunities.

Vivienne has worked in the sales New Homes Industry for 10 years both for Developers and Estate Agencies so brings to STAR Recruitment hands on experience of the new homes industry. She has recently managed an Estate Agency dealing with residential sales, new builds and lettings.

In my new role with STAR, I hope to be able to share what I have learnt in previous experiences to support our clients, assist in growing their business with our renowned recruitment practices, along with providing a stress free journey to both clients and candidates.

We are now post pandemic and whilst the current climate is a challenging one, STAR will continue to grow further. I will identify growth opportunities allowing us to diversify within Property, Sales and supporting industries. We have seen so many businesses change and adapt throughout the last few years, it is vital for us to recognise where we can support and add value in tough markets and stand out as leaders in our field whilst retaining STARs bespoke and personal style of recruitment”
